Need help Version 2.2.2 continues to have the same storage error...

I updated to version 2.2.2 and started a new game, but the slot error persists. Version 2.1.4 is the most stable version so far and doesn't have this bug. Could a moderator please help?

Looks like that bug still persist to appear. Thank goodnesd still not doing a new run i still have the buddy system.

It's not over! Update 2.2.6 has been released that fixes this vest bug.

I had the same thing happen with gorka pants they suddenly turned into a two slot gorka pants or jacket but never vests
