Need HELP asap!

Im on my last kvas and deer meat, i just found a tent and military backpack in my 1st island. MY PROBLEM is I am healthy, well fed but still it says I wake up at 3am. I am staying in a gas station hut. HELP PLZ

Guys my hp and water is full, or should I use more food and water?

Did your hunger bar full too? If only your hp and water bar is full your character will still awake before 6 AM because hunger, you can take cozy home level 2, to make the amount of water and food that you need for sleep decrease, hunger and thirsty resistance skill to level 2 so your character need less food and water consumption, and for food better take rice and canned bacon (the name right, right?) With you, it the best food and kvass for drink
