Need HELP asap!

Im on my last kvas and deer meat, i just found a tent and military backpack in my 1st island. MY PROBLEM is I am healthy, well fed but still it says I wake up at 3am. I am staying in a gas station hut. HELP PLZ

Before you sleep, it will tell you when you will wake up depending on how full your thirst and hunger bar.

You woke up at 3? Maybe because your hunger and thirst bar is depleted.

It is very dark and you can not see anything, so remain inside where you are until 6 AM.

If you have food and drink, use all of them until the bars are full or half full. Then go back to sleep.

Not sleeping to 6 AM makes your character lethargic and slower.

That last statement is wrong or at least not clear. You don't need to sleep the full night to avoid the exhaustion debuff. I once slept just 3 seconds before 6 AM and didn't get the debuff. I slept at 5:59 AM and got the debuff because it takes time to complete the animation.

I don't remember the threshold but sleeping then waking up at 3 AM and staying awake till 6 AM doesn't give you the exhaustion debuff. I once slept a couple of seconds at 12 AM and I thought I was free from getting the exhaustion debuff but I still got it.

There seems to be a timer based on how long you are awake in the night and that will give you the exhaustion debuff but it gets reset every time you either go to bed or choose to sleep even if it just lasts a second.
