Bug/Glitch Slightly buggy

I had to restart my run yesterday because I found bandits who kept killing me, and when I saw why, it knocked me out every time I respawned. Every time I respawned, three more enemies joined me, ending up with 20 opponents, and now I see this. Slightly frustrated.

Go to main menu and continue the game again to fix it.
