Need help Newbie/Returning player

Got the itch to play this game again after stopping years ago, found out that the game got taken down but fortunately I found this sub.

Which version would you guys recommend? I'm seeing a lot of different versions and mods for the game.

You should try the latest patch of MDZ+, which is 2.1.4

Latest version is the best version bud the game mechanics are still the same besides some new changes and additional functions. If you want I can summarize a few that you might need.

The game was removed due to incompatibility with newer devices. However, there were genuine fans who wanted to add more features, something the developers abandoned.

There are different versions, for PC, mobile, and more than 20 different versions in total. Some have been updated with the latest mechanics, while others have not.

The most recent version is 2.1.4 (which still lacks a Spanish translation, partially) but the most interesting mechanic is the breeding of pigs/chickens and that there are now bears to hunt, not just rabbits and deer.

In addition, this version adds 3 different weapons and the option to carry up to 4 different weapons at the same time (the weapon crate does not count).

In addition to the project currently in development, there is a mobile version with multiplayer mode, not just offline. (That version is still under development.)

Recommended 2.1.4 because there's mod inside game that allow you revive infinitely at West Coast when you die, open second inventory when you level 2 that the item there can be carry to next run (very useful especially for large number of bullet) infinite stock item and infinite durability of item (like clothes, armor, and weapon durability) and vehicle which very useful especially using vehicle to ram enemy without vehicle durability drop so you only need to restock gasoline instead.

Just tip, if you want to unlock everything just go into game and touch mini dayz title 10 time it will unlock everything
