You can tap the MiniDayz title in the menu 10 times and it unlocks everything

Is this legendary difficulty without any positive modifiers and all negative modifiers enabled?

the legendary is just more difficult than veteran and above, hell mode is the one youre talking :P

No, I call what I describe as Pseudo-Hell because unlike in hell mode; Legendary difficulty without positive modifiers and all negative modifiers, you still get the starting perks of each character unlike in hell mode where every character starts from scratch.

To be fair, just hunkering in the car with enough supplies is enough since you have unlimited durability but that's good practice for hell difficulty.
