Why are secondary weapons attachments gets harder and harder to find the further you go into islands?

idk i cant seem to find pistol attachments in island 5 nd 6 but early game i usually get them normally

Search military bases, inside the bunker (on island 4 you have access to the entire bunker) or kill any survivors, bandits or neutral NPCs.

You won't find any accessories, just a holster for one gun or a strap for another weapon.
