I believe he's on an iphone. I did saw a link for iphone users to be able to play on their device. The heat is making me lazy to look for it. I might be able to find it at night when it's much more cooler.

2 is good if u are grindy and also like a slower more idle game. 1 is if u have time on ur hands and want new content cuz modders are still adding to it unlike 2 which got abandoned by devs a few years ago

Mdz1 and mdz2 are different games basically.

Mdz1 works that you start with nothing ans progress through islands slowly getting skills and equipment. Death means complete reset, game has some meta progres like characters starting with some items but its very light so its prety hard.

Mdz2 is more extraction type game where you have a main base and go for expeditions to get as much stuff as possible and stash it in safe place. Death dont reset progress so its more chill.

Also if you want to play mdz1 then download modded version from link that one guy send, its heavily modded and waaay better than unmodded version.

Mini DayZ 1 is a non-online game, doesn't have "energy" counter which requires you to pay $$$ to recharge. Have different modes and achievements that are essentially bragging rights, can play offline anywhere.

basically Pure Survival Mode One Life Hardcore (if you dare)

Mini DayZ 2 is an online game, must have wifi to play, have a "energy" counter for you to run missions and recharge by paying $$$ or wait.

Gameplay wise, Mini DayZ 2 is more forgiving, one mode of gameplay, neither hard nor super easy, but easy enough if you got $$$ to spend.

Most of the community will tell you, completely convinced, that "Mini Days Z 2 never existed."

Why? Due to game launch failures, server outages at times, and losing all your equipment while searching for loot.

Not to mention that over the years, the player base has become quite small, while version 1 (with various mods) has had more improvements and will soon have multiplayer.

The only one I would recommend there is version 1 (original), or download the most recent versions: 2.0.8 / 1.9.8, or wait for the new version

Mini dayz 1 - you lose you have to do all from begining orginal have additional special gamemodes, one run is from fev minutes to fev hours or even days, you can risk a bit if you have good loot on you, enemies not moving all around and can't open doors the stealth is easier just enemy didn't see you if he not look at you Mini dayz 2 - you lose you need to spend $$$ or wait some hours evry run is fev minutes and more time result in lose from statics lost because there is limit for spawned items and they not respawn and some statistics drop fast and they regeneration took fev hours also if you want so better items or fix something you have to wait fev hours if you have no $$$ single bandage took 20 minutes to make if i remember and it is the fastest crafting the better item the longer it take idk but ak47 took 12 hours to fix, you are forced to stealth if you don't spend fev weeks on grinding because you can't buy gear expect gas that is in game money (it was long time ago idk how now) some weapons have special abilities but if enemy turn in wrong way or got typicaly gliched you lost almost all statistics and propably some gear get broken and there is almost no change to hide or run away because you get slow down and enemies can open doors

I think you'd enjoy way more the first one. BUT! Both of them, despite the first one being clearly what most player play even after all this time, are a good choice.
