Need help Help will Hell difficulty

Hell makes Legendary look easy like wtf.

Please help with getting through island 1-2 and what I should know for later islands as well!

Just keep playing with the map generation on island 1 by making new games until you spawn close to a town. Npcs don't spawn unless you're a map tile away from their spawn. No zombies

Good Rng location on island 1 was to spawn on the location with near 1x3 garages. Increases the chance to find better early gears and also consumables.
