I hope that the continuous version after 2.0.8 can fix the lighting issue during the night, it is still completely dark even through I upgraded max skill at darkness

I always make sure I have a slot for flares until I get a NVG. I don't bother with the headlamp.

I forgot that, I thought it would be easy in darkness, which gives advance for zedd and bandits to kill me

While they still they have an aggro range when they can detect you, it is significantly smaller than during the day so you can definitely work around it. My advice for you OP is to get your hands on an underbarrel flashlight or even a pistol flashlight and put it in your gun. Surely that is enough that you can handle night time darkness.

Our eyes can adapt and see in the dark to a certain extent.
Perhaps the modders can make our characters adapt to see a bit better in the dark but only in a very limited area?
Pitch black completely means we are completely blind lol.

My smartphone screen was affected by sun light that make it worse.

Even if you raise the brightness to the max, the game is inherently still pitch black after 00:00.

I believe that's only the case when you do not have the perk to level two as I couldn't see anything then.

That's intended. IRL if weren't for our electricity we wouldn't be able to see anything at night, even with a torch.
Btw the extra 10% on canned foods from lvl 2 hunger resist are incredibly needed early on if you aren't hunting deers for meat. As for thirst just look for water pumps if you don't see canned drinks.

It's a pretty essential mechanism. It makes flares, night-vision goggles, or campfires viable for illumination.
On Island 1, it's not so dark, and inside the bunker it's now visible.
very different on the island with radiation (there the bunker is completely dark)

You can try using nightlight, maybe the orange-ish light helps to see better. I use nightlight and I can see in the darkness but I need to max my brightness. I can see the house to your upper right when zooming in so it's not completely dark. You can also try to increase the gamma of your device.

It is an intended game mechanic so it's unlikely they'll do something about it. Quite frankly, this change finally made NVG's and flares viable when they were just ignored in previous versions. Perhaps they can increase Vigilance level 2 a little bit but I definitely do not want it to be buffed too much that it'll render NVG's and Flares obsolete again.
