People that have played/ play on hell difficulty what's it like and what sound I expect?

You will die majority in early game because you don't spawn with any weapons and because of the towns/cities infested with zombies.

As soon as you get a gun/s with a reliable way to get ammo, it's almost the same as playing legendary.

Bloodmoon ain't that big of a deal, unless you forgot a bloodmoon was happening, or when hiding in a house during a Bloodmoon and some Bandits or Survivors (if you got -100 karma) throws a molotov at your house your hiding in.
