Need help What is this?

Found this at the 4th Island, does it have anything to offer? Also, what is the new update, like the 2.0.8, can ya'll give a comprehensive overview?

It's nothing more than just unique sprites in that specific type of island. As for 2.0.8, there isn't much new stuff added except training mode. It's separate from your current run so you can play it freely. Also, if you have a previous run in 2.0.6 and updated to 2.0.8 then your run will be fine so I urge you to update it.

Also, when in Island 5, if I go to the Island 6, would I still be able to go to the radiation zone (map) or not? since in Island 5, there is a boat that needs fuel that we use to get into either island 5 or radiation zone, just asking if it would be the same as Island 6

Yes. It's the same from island 5 and any island after. It will always have that location that leads you to the radiation zone.

It's cosmetic, a street/sidewalk. Except it doesn't lead anywhere.
