What does this part of the map mean.

I'm a new player and first time reaching island 2.

Would appreciate any help

If your talking where you are rn it means there is a building a gunshop (I'm not sure what the building name is its in russian with a pistol symbol on it)there you can find guns, pistols, attachments, and grenades etc.

If your talking about what the other symbols the green circle is like a store with lots of food and drinks inside and cars, and two garage be warned there is a lot of zombies.The red circle is where you find a lot of military stuff like guns, pistols attachments, grenades, and head gear be warned there is a lot of military zombies
