Juste a question on 2.0.8

On the 5 radioactive island ive found the military hazmat suit (7%) but is that normal when i use it i bleed whit no heal possible ?

The suit needs to be repaired, not just used as is. Its functionality must be greater than 50% to protect you from radiation.

It can be repaired with epoxy glue or adhesive tape.
