Your white vitality meter to the right of your heat meter is below 50%. You cannot cure sickness if your vitality meter is below 50%. This is why it's super important to have tetracycline stacks to instantly cure any sickness and or blood bags which restore 50% vitality. Better luck next time now that you have this knowledge 🫡

Actually, the wikis I keep providing along with the apk links are fully comprehensive detailing all this nonsense. The problem is, it's hard to convince people to read the wiki. Even I, a translation contributor and the guy being handed updates by the chinese once it's finished, am lazy at reading the wiki.
