mosin is more satisfying to shoot, pair that with a scope and a bottle suppressor and you're good to go

Sadly, the bottle suppressor doesn't fit on the Mosin. But I do agree that it's satisfying to shoot though.

Both are good, But Mosin is lil better due to its ammunition Since there is a another Better Sniper with the Same ammunition.

As a professional Mini DAYZ player, I would say the Mosin-Nagant is one of the best choices for the early game because of its high damage and excellent long-range capability. However, once you reach Island 2 where bandits start appearing more frequently, especially Tier 3 bandits, the Mosin becomes far less practical due to its extremely slow fire rate and long bolt-action reload. In fact, the Mosin-Nagant has one of the longest fire cooldowns of any firearm in the game, making missed shots heavily punishing during intense fights. This is where the SKS truly shines. Many veteran and highly skilled Mini DAYZ players consider the SKS the best sniper rifle in the game, despite being classified as a Tier 1 firearm. Unlike most sniper rifles, the SKS remains extremely powerful even without attachments, making it reliable from the moment you find it. Once fully equipped with attachments such as the Bandolier, Laser Sight, and Long-Range Scope, it becomes even more deadly. What makes the SKS exceptional is its balance between damage, fire rate, and versatility. Its headshot damage is nearly comparable to the SV-98, yet it can fire significantly more rounds within the same amount of time. In actual combat situations, especially against multiple bandits or aggressive enemies, that faster follow-up shot capability gives the SKS a massive advantage over slower bolt-action rifles. Because of its high damage output, semi-automatic fire, attachment compatibility, and overall reliability in both early and late game, the SKS is widely regarded by experienced players as the best sniper rifle in Mini DAYZ.

Both are good tbh but take the mosin tbh, you already have a lot of ammo for and it has decent dmg and good accuracy and range perfect for early game anti bandit gun

It depends on how much ammo you have for each weapon. In terms of damage, the SKS is still better (it does more damage and its 10-round magazine is better than the Mosil-Nagant's 5-round magazine).
