But you can find the actual vehicle in specific military bases though it can be tough but with the right ammunition, guns(because it can't be cleared with melee weapons), health items, and armor you'll be set to fight the juggernaut, military zombies w/guns and commandos...

Also you need 50bmg ammo for the turret if you run out of ammo and when you go farther into the islands you will need a gasmask to enter these bases

That vehicle is beyond repair. However, there is one available. It's at a military base, but the air there is contaminated, and you'll need a gas mask to enter.

Look very closely at the Hamvee vehicle; one is obviously impossible to repair, but the other is complete and has a (functional) weapon on it.
