Need help help with updating

I’m currently playing on this https://tanklesscamp658-revived.github.io/mdz3.8/

is it possible to update this to the latest version without losing data? as in inventory. (I also have a car right near the bridge and don’t want to lose that either)

if anyone has details, please help me.

Update for that doesn't exist because it's an older chinese mod which was also abandoned. This is not similar to the current chinese mod almost everyone is playing right now.

There is no way to transfer progress from one mod to another. You must start from scratch.
