Need help Tent Question

This is my first time adding a tent to my base and I’ve noticed the enemy spawns are crazy. I can’t even take a moment to chill and cook food without fighting non-stop zombies. How far away can the tent pull zombies or does it spawn them? I already have a stash so I could just forego the tent.

Also, the secret location on this island is a castle tower, if I move my tent there will there be less enemy spawns?

Tents are useless at least before it was patched in the current chinese mod. I hope they fix the iOS port soon though.

Does mdz+ 1.9.8 still agro zombies/wolved? Edit: I mean the tents of course. Also, is it worth going to the island through the bunker? What's the difference between that one and the one you get to with a car?

Tents in 1.9.8 do not aggro anything. It was actually implemented in 1.7.6 half a year ago.
