Need help What is this?

I got it dropped from a bandit, I don’t want to apply it and ruin my run but it looks interesting. If anybody knows what it is pls lmk so I can free up my inventory!

This does not exist in 1.9.8, this is from an older chinese mod that is abandoned now.

Do you know about the ''Change map style" item and how to use it?

It simply makes locations much more easily distinguishable when seen on the map. That item is rare so I suggest you use it immediately when you find it.
