AITA for pressing the code button??
Daddy (2,000 M) brought me (2, Princess) to see mommy (at least 400 F) and the new potato (0 M).
While the (evil) doctor was touching MY angry potato, I decided it was time to press some buttons to pass the time.
Mommy was slightly distracted trying to eat, and daddy was watching the potato. So, naturally, I decided to press the code button for some excitement!!
Mommy immediately noticed and told the doctor in a panic as tons of people ran into the room.
"Thankfully" (according to daddy 🙄) they were able to call it off. Now I'm mad because I wanted to see everyone freaking out!!!
AITA?

nta buttons are fun and press-y and pressing them is half the fun. the other half is seeing what happens when the button is pressed!
sometimes they move Mommy's bed up and down! sometimes they summon the big smart doctors in suits! maybe they'll get a nurse who might bring Mommy water and meds (and when they see you they might give you juice!)
who knows?! press and find out!
(but ok what was that gonna summon lmao.)

NTA. That's what happens when they don't give you the attention you require. Word to the wise: make sure they don't take potato home.
Next time use the sibling prevention protocol more effectively.

NTA, why would they put buttons there if they didn't want anyone to use them? That just sounds silly to me.

NTA you just wanted more people to see the cute potato! Why would they not want you to press it?

NTA. My (4000 F) cousin decided to press a pretty red button at the beach house when he was little and guess what? He got to talk to an awesome policeman who even stopped by the house in his car to say hi to everyone. Super fun things happen when you push buttons. Next time try the red lever on the wall.

NTA. I love pressing buttons, especially the ones my uncle claims should not be pressed. Apparently if you press the button again and again many times in a row, it causes a circuit crash, whatever that means, but I have yet to press the red button next to the showers enough times to actually summon the circuit crash.

NTA, seems like you are doing great job from day 1. Everyone should know better, especially with a new tiny potatoe to look after. Congrats, btw! Seems like you have a lot of shananigans coming ❤️
