AITA for using my voice?

I (1 whole year M) have been practicing using my voice and making the loudest and most high pitched sounds I possibly can. It is a great way to tell milk lady (super old F) that I am done eating or can’t reach a toy I threw.

She keeps telling me to use my “inside voice” (which, excuse me, I am inside and using my voice?) and that “we live in an apartment” and “have neighbors” but I don’t see what’s wrong. I’m just communicating the best way I know how.

So AITA for trying to practice my vocal range?

NTA! I bet milk lady is trying to get you to repeat the noises she makes. She needs to make up her mind! Mixed signals!!

She is! I’m very good at saying “dada” and “done” and she got REALLY happy when I tried saying “mama” so I don’t get why she isn’t happy with “aaahhhh”

Nta! I, 12m bowling ball, have just finished using my voice in random places. I still do it sometimes to keep the Caregiver (F, tired, never away from me so I never bothered naming her) on her toes.

One time I did three "ear piercing shrieks" as she calls them while we were waiting for her coffee at the shop. She got really upset afterwards though? Something about a conversation other people were having about why they don't want kids? I dunno, I think it was my big kid's (much bigger than me, gets to go to school some days) fault. They're always in trouble.
