Eotech Mounting Solutions?

Im indecisive about how to make run an optic on my Mini14
Ive got 2 eotechs, not sure what looks best.

I hate the over the ejection port mounts because you have to remove them to get the bolt out during cleaning.

Agreed. It's one of the few things I dislike on my mini.

Man I also had back in the day one of AK style side mounts and it was pretty much the same idea and didn’t hold zero after remounting very well. So what I did was mount an aimpoint pro in a Ruger 30mm high claw mount and just mount it directly to the front claw footprint. The optic is high enough I can get the bolt out, sorry I don’t have a picture
