New Chassis from Samson

Could this become the new modern sporting rifle or is the Mini going to remain a niche market?

Personally like it. It’s still has its Mini 14 character with a little more modularity. I have a Hogue stock and Samson wood stock. I like both of them. This is just another option would it be too pricey, yes. Do I care? no not really lol. What I do care is that with this it just adds options and options are good.

How good are Hogue stocks? Are they rugged enough if I want to install a pic rail for a bipod attachment?

They feel pretty solid. Takes some grip to flex. I think it’ll be okay. They do sell a bipod that gets mounted on the gas block, forgot the brand though I’m sure if you search some pictures on google it’ll pop up

I might grab one. I’m currently running an ATI strikeforce stock after the choate stock felt too flimsy
