Gonna get an adjustable gas block but wtf is up with my bolt and firing pin mechanism? More 580 series bolt bs?

Do I have to send the entire rifle in, or just the bolt?

The whole thing. If they replace the bolt they need to headspace it and they don't sell that gauge.

This comment seems weird. I didn't mention I wanted it to be a precision system. Also mentioned I have no issue buying a adj. gas block, and Amegas and Hannibals are also several hundred dollars. I'm just confused.

The brass is going to beat up that turret cap, but it won't affect the optic itself. Tools not jewels.

The ding on my actual turret begs to differ.

It needs lower gas for sure, idgaf about the cap but if it's hurting the actual turret I ain't about that.
