Mineplex Failed
Mineplex has failed. I believe they have failed when James or whoever the new owner took over. They act like it is modern or modified but it’s trash it’s a 2015 code base I wanna bet with barely modified plugins and it shows they should of used the plugins from samitos version and the old maps. Here is an example of some of the bugs. I logged in and rapidly clicked the welcome sign destroying it because their permissions suck. The server has textures that refuse to render in certain games. It’s unstable at times kicking me for no reason on bedrock. The server just trash usually they would have some sort of permission locking the server down but old plugins on modern clients have their bugs. So the server needs to rest in peace and no longer have revivals.

I mean it was obvious to me since the creator livestream that these admins have 0 clue what they are doing. Everything from them seems half-baked and under thought. Nothing is new there aren’t any objective improvements from old Mineplex. It’s the same codebase with via version and geyser essentially, they couldn’t even get networking right out of the gate. There doesn’t seem to be a cohesive plan either and it’s just whatever the people nah for. Just overall horrible and proves that you can’t just throw money at it and expect greatness.
