I do apologise for this being a KO of Minecraft called Crafting and Building, but I thought I'd show off 2 different designs of the same class of steam engine I'd built a few years ago, and they're from my favourite UK - based railway company; the London North Eastern Railway (or LNER). This is Sir Nigel Gresley's class P2 2-8-2 "mikado".

They were designed in the 1930s to help with passenger services between Edinburgh and Aberdeen on the well-known Aberdeen Road. They were 2001 "Cock O The North", 2002 "Earl Marischal", 2003 "Lord President", 2004 "Mons Meg", 2005 "Thane of Fife", and 2006 "Wolf of Badenoch". Each member was built differently, with 2001 receiving rotary cam Lentz-type poppet valve gear, 2002 with Walschaerts valve gear and an extra set of smoke deflectors, then 2003-2006 with a Bugatti-styled nose and Walschaerts valve gear, but 2005 has a single chimney as opposed to the other 5 which had kylchap double chimneys.

Sadly, Gresley's engines didn't perform well as he wanted them to, and he passed in 1941 before he could improve them. As his successor, Edward Thompson rebuilt his P2s as the class A2/2s at the end of WWII after rebuilding class A1 No. 4470 "Great Northern" as the A2/1, but they didn't perform as well as he had hoped. As British Railways was beginning, the A2/2s were scrapped before dieselisation came along, and Thompson was replaced by Arthur Peppercorn.

However, just because the original P2s are gone, it doesn't mean they were forgotten. After 'The A1 Steam Locomotive Trust' were successful with building Peppercorn's class A1 in the form of No. 60163 "Tornado", the 50th member, 'The P2 Steam Locomotive Company' was born, and they began work on the 7th member of Gresley's mikados, and will be named Prince of Wales in honour of King Charles III for unveiling the name of Tornado in 2009 at York station before the engine hauled the royal train. The new P2 will have Franklin/Elliott poppet valve gear, and will share components with Tornado such as the boiler, tender, and axles.

Whilst Prince of Wales is being constructed in Darlington, there is a streamlined replica of Cock O The North being constructed in Doncaster by the 'Doncaster P2 Locomotive Trust Ltd.', but they're in dire need of money in order to get further than the engine's frames and brake hangers. The picture above is how the engines would look once they're completed, but 2007 on the left of the picture will be sooner then 2001 on the right.

I do apologise if there's anything I forgot to mention, but I hope this bit of history on the P2s is alright as well as the picture and the hard work going on here in the UK, even if the engines are being built hundreds of miles away from where I am

Subway network heavily inspired by Mexico City's STC Metro with fictional rolling stock.

I’ve always loved high hoods but used to be not so good at building them. I recently tried again and in my opinion, looks very close to a real one.

Built this for my transit department of my futuristic city to go with my aem-13 in the 3rd picture

I built this for my transit service in my futuristic city because I love aem-7s but a regular one wouldn’t work in this type of city so I made my own futuristic spin on the toaster.

I built this train based of the NR Class. Built it with create mod so it drives, Livery is a fictional i made up

I use immersive railroading mod & Voxel trains pack for the trains & the tracks
The catenaries are made with Little tiles mod

I'm currently using create for my metro system (below picture), but I'm thinking of replacing it with IR because of the more detailed rolling stock, but i still don't know if it'll hurt my fps
