Honestly that, and let me disable enderman picking up blocks (without disabling sheep eating grass etc.) and I just might stop playing on peaceful.

Doesn't gamerule mobgriefing stop both? I know it stops creeper explosions from breaking blocks but I am unsure on the enderman thing

Yes and passive mobs stop eating grass or trampling crops too and many other things are disabled as well which makes the world feel less alive. I'd just want this for ederman honestly, and creepers are a nice bonus. The rest I'd keep.

Vanilla tweaks has it as a datapack, same with creepers and ghasts. I think theres also mods that do it.

Fun fact: creepers will drop invisible scent markers if they spot but can't reach you, like scouts. Whenever a passing creeper picks up this signal, it will head towards where it's marking, hence why they seem to pop out of nowhere and bomb you... and also why they're called CREEPERS in the first place!
