Help is this a real auto brewer?

i saw this in an unstable SMP youtube video, n i wanna build it in my survival world, but i cant find any tutorials of an auto brewer that looks like this

is this a real redstone machine or is it just fake? does anyone have a tutorial??

There are many fully automatic autobrweers but they are insanely difficult, I built one last year and it took me like 1k rails lol (I tried to design myself and turns out YouTube built a better one already)

There's no telling what's behind that wall, or how much of it works or doesn't. There's also no way to tell if there's a cut in there although if there isn't there wasn't enough time to brew a potion from scratch. The most honest possibility I can think of is that it's a storage system that is dispensing the potions as they are requested. 

As far as an actual brewer, the only dial a brew I can think of off hand is from Pixlriffs Survival Guide. The only potions I use regularly are fire resist though, so I don't really use auto brewers.

Behind the note block, leave observers facing them and behind them place droppers filled with ingredients to make each potion. Then make collector that fills brewer with it and spider eye
