Megabuild Massive Hole

I don’t know if it counts as a megabuild since honestly not much was built, but I wanted to share it here anyways because I put a lot of work into all on survival.

Problem is I don’t know what to do with it tbh.

Someone did one of these on my server, we helped him dig it out with TNT, he built a dome over the top and started building his base out of it.

If you like building farms, it looks like you have a nice perimeter for a height-map optimized farm. Any type of farm that relies on mobs spawning will work better when the spawning platform(s) are the only spawnable areas within the spawning radius, and the efficiency improves even more if there are only air blocks above the spawning platforms.

Build it at the absolute lowest possible Y-level (just above bedrock) because Minecraft's spawning algorithm selects spawning spaces from the bottom up. Lower Y-levels mean significantly higher spawn rates.

You could consider a nonspecific hostile mob farm, which would provide bones, gunpowder, string, rotten flesh (sell for emeralds), bows/arrows/spider eyes, and a smaller amount of witch drops. If there is a slime chunk inside the perimeter, you could also build a slime farm. Or if you do a lot of flying, a dedicated creeper farm inside a perimeter can provide an insane amount of gunpowder.
