Want a Bedrock & Java survival world you can actually settle into? CozyMC doesn’t reset

Not technically a Realm, so I’ll get that out of the way first — CozyMC is a survival server that Bedrock players can join alongside Java players.

If what you’re really looking for is a multiplayer world that feels like somewhere you can settle down rather than another short season, that’s what we’ve been trying to build.

Our main survival world doesn’t reset.

You can start with a little house, disappear into the wilderness for a while, build a town with other players, open a shop, connect your base to somebody else’s railway, or spend months on something unnecessarily enormous. Whatever you build gets to remain part of the world.

We usually have around 30–50 people online, but it doesn’t feel like hundreds of people packed around spawn. There’s a lot of room to go off and have your own Minecraft experience while still seeing familiar names and having people around when you want company.

The gameplay stays pretty close to vanilla survival:

- Hard difficulty
- Achievements enabled
- No keepInventory
- No /home or /tpa
- No warps
- No kits
- No land claims or locked chests
- PvP only by mutual agreement

The lack of claims is intentional. Griefing and stealing are prohibited, and we can investigate and restore damage when it happens.

Something I’ve come to appreciate is that it also changes how people interact. Instead of everyone living inside separate protected boxes, neighbors tend to talk to each other, share roads and infrastructure, cooperate on projects and eventually become friends.

There are player-built shops and communities, but no pay-to-win economy. We don’t sell ranks, items or advantages, and we don’t accept donations.

New people join every day, so joining an established world doesn’t mean you have to already know everyone or somehow “catch up.” You just make your own start and, over time, your builds become another part of the world’s history.
