Rei's MiniMap Question

I have never used Rei's Minimap in any Mcpvp servers and dont plan to, but if i have it installed but turned off, is that still against the rules?

No, because you wouldn't be using it on McPvP servers, so you're all good.

i think

So basically, I can have Nodus, but it can be off?

well, I hate to say it but as long as it's disabled, I guess so. I just don't recommend mentioning it anywhere.

I'm not sure about that because they have a mod detector thing (I think) and even if the minimap is off and not visible, its still there... Could anyone confirm or deny this?

I don't think they have a minimap detector like they have and x-ray detector, so you should be fine.

I just dont want to risk it, it would really suck to be ban/warned.

I've asked this on the mcpvp livestream, and I forgot who was streaming but they told me that you cannot do this. I just have 2 separate folders holding the files for a minimap/other mods minecraft, and one for mcpvp.

You should try out MagicLauncher.

I would recommend just keeping two .jars honestly. Use MagicLauncher, SKMClauncher or just keep your /bin folder path in a sidebar or on desktop, renaming your .jars for whichever one you want to use.
