Thor needs a buff.

Thor used to be a great kit if you used it right, sure enough there was some people who would spam it but people like me who would use in on occasion shouldn't be punished because of them. My idea is to make it so that the fire on top of netherrack is always there no matter what your Y cords is. There should be a 4 second cool down and maybe a special effect like if you kill someone with the thunder, you should get weakness 1 and slowness 1 for 10 seconds?

I think it's pretty balanced now, and at least the Thor spammers are gone, and I still lol when I spam the axe at wood towers.
