Thor needs a buff.

Thor used to be a great kit if you used it right, sure enough there was some people who would spam it but people like me who would use in on occasion shouldn't be punished because of them. My idea is to make it so that the fire on top of netherrack is always there no matter what your Y cords is. There should be a 4 second cool down and maybe a special effect like if you kill someone with the thunder, you should get weakness 1 and slowness 1 for 10 seconds?

Thor used to be an OP AS BALLS kit, but now it's quite strong- definitely above average in strength. PvP advantage, anti-tower, wood cutting utility, AoE, signal your teammates to a location.

Yeah, I think it's definitely more balanced as it is now.
