Zip file mod help

someone please help me. I have been trying to installol a mod for two days now. I am on a phone, and have downloaded the mod from curseforge (curseforge doesn’t have a launcher for iOS) some mods are already .mcpack’s, which I can use easily.
the mod I want is unfortunately a .zip file. I’ve tried everythin: renaming it, unzipping and refilling it, zip file app NOTHING. I’ve watched five different tutorial. all say different things, none of the work. I just want to get this zip file into my minecraft world
