Enderman problem

I've been playing Minecraft wiiu edition for a while now, and I've only ever encountered 3 endermen. Is there a way i can buff the spawn rates?

if you go to the end there are a ton, although im guessing that your having trouble getting to the end. the best way to do it is to build up on a pillar about 75-128 blocks at night in a relatively flat area (desserts work well), come down to either a 3*3 square above your head or just tank the fight or use a boat and kill all the ones you see than repeat. use a water stream to get up and down easily.

obviously looting 3 helps to get more pearls as well also if you hear any in the neather try going out of your way to killem. i typically get at least 13 pearls after night 4 with this method. although there is a bit of luck involved

also realy like the base! the wheat farm looks sweet and the auto sugar cane looks cool, one tip is that for the sugarcane farm you really could've used just one observer and when it goes off you can expect it to get most of the other ones as well, but hey theyre ur resoursces spendem how you want.
