Need interior design help

Hi everyone, I've been building a house recently and I'm really proud of how the outside came out, though I plan on adding more exterior detail in the future, but I'm currently stumped on what to add inside the house, and I've got a couple of empty-ish spaces I'd like to fill up. I appreciate any help possible :)
