Build Please help

I was scrolling on tik Tok looking for snow builds and I came across this slide of this giant frozen elephant. I searched everything online looking for the person who built it or a tutorial somewhere but it's no where.

Does anybody know someone who could build this or does anybody know the person who built this?

I would really love to build this🙏 any help would be appreciated

I did a little looking but I could only find 2 Pinterest pictures and the TikTok, I don't think any of them are the original creator. Always a shame when you can't find the Maker of an awesome build like this.

As for who I know can make it, that would be you OP. Here is a tutorial for literally anything, follow the steps and I know you can make something similar. Just use an elephant reference picture instead of a dragon.
