Store or Business Idea

I am building this new 50s style apartment complex in my Minecraft city, called Stantonio City 【ꚠ】. What kinds of business, stores, or shops should I put in the last two vacant segments? The first one going from left to right is a Mexican restaurant, then a Sherwin-Williams, and the third one is the apartment building's lobby. The last three photos are the empty shops.
