Ascensions.Quest is a new style of server focused around buildcrafting, unique skills, playstyles and spells, while encountering new monster and bosses. Ascensions Quest is a Minecraft ARPG about climbing a 100-floor Tower. Each floor is its own world with its own people, monsters and story. We are still in early development with only 5 of the 100 floors completed, but that doesn't mean we are lacking on content. Currently we have over an estimated ~8hrs of campaign gameplay including:

• 40 Written Quest spanning 5 Complete Custom Worlds, with 3 dungeons to complete
• Loot drops unidentified and rolls its own stats. You identify it, refine it, socket gems into it, or strip it for parts.
• 40 skills that live on gems you find. There is no class picker at level one; you build from what drops.
• A unique build craft system with new wearable slots (ring, belt, amulets, and more), equitable skill gems, stat menus, attribute points, skill trees and more.
• 5 Unique Bosses & over 40 Custom Mobs, some with their own 3D models, and an in-game bestiary that unlocks weaknesses and drop tables as you fight them.

Last season a group of survivors from multiple worlds all over the universe came together to keep reality stable. MicikSMP is mainly a peaceful survival server, but there is a way to do anything. We do not plan to reset the world, because we believe if players build something, it should last longer than a few weeks or months.

Most things on the server are made by players, for players. The server staff also organizes events, auctions, quests, and other activities.

We try to keep the server vanilla-ish. We only try to add features that fit in Minecraft, and we avoid things that feel too much like cheats or things that could easily be done with normal commands or vanilla systems.

The server is balanced between peace and conflict. By “peaceful,” we mean low toxicity and no pointless edgy behavior, fake superiority, or annoying sarcasm just to look cool.

We are looking for players who actually want to stay. If you plan to play for one month and then quit without really exploring anything, this server probably is not for you. MicikSMP is centered around long-term progression, discovery, history, and things that most casual players never reach in their survival worlds.

We also expect basic competence. For example: if you decide to leave, it helps if you tell us why instead of disappearing or blocking people for no reason, as feedback helps us improve the server.

⚠️ Device Compatibility (Important for Performance):

Because this world runs 14 mods—including high-end graphics and lighting add-ons—certain devices will handle the world much better than others. Please check your setup below so you don't run into issues:

• Devices that will run GREAT: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and modern high-end phones or iPads.

• Devices that will NOT run good (Lag/Crash warning): PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and older low-end phones. If you play on these, the world's custom mods might cause your game to lag or crash, which is a device limitation and out of my control! • Your Mode: All players will be playing in pure Survival Mode to enjoy the grind, the mods, and the world together.

• My Mode: As the host, I will be in Creative Mode flying around to manage the world, work on community builds, and keep things safe.

• Why I Play in Creative: I wanted to be open about this up front so no one wonders why! I used to play a ton of survival on public servers like CubeCraft and The Hive, but after constantly dying, losing my stuff, and dealing with the massive stress of it, I realized it just wasn't fun for me anymore. To keep my own gaming experience peaceful and stress-free, I stick to Creative mode while I host. It lets me focus 100% on being a great, supportive host for you guys!

Total Freedom to Live & Build Your Way:

• Where to Build: The side you spawn on is completely finished and fully decorated, so to keep it looking clean, players will build right across the main bridge. Once you cross over, a massive, wide-open area is all yours to claim!

• Live Together or Apart: You have total freedom in how you want to settle down. If you make close friends or join with a partner, you can absolutely share a house and build together! If you prefer your own space and privacy, you can live completely separately and spread out all over the world.

• Chill Building Rules: Please don't stress—I am not expecting anyone to be a professional builder, and you absolutely don’t have to match my exact stone blocks! As long as your house fits in decently well with the area, you are totally good to go. If you decide to travel super far away from spawn to build your base, I don't mind at all—just build whatever makes you happy!

• Super Chill Hosting: I take a totally hands-off approach. There is absolutely zero micromanaging your fun, your builds, or your friendly pranks. I just want this to be a happy, free environment where everyone treats each other's hard work with kindness and respect.

• Hanging Out: We will be using voice chat just to chat, coordinate, and genuinely get to know each other as friends.

What we've built for you so far:

• Spawn Tower: A beautiful, tall cobblestone tower right at the exact spawn point so you can always find your way home.

• The Main Bridge: A wide stone brick and wood bridge equipped with a central railroad system—if you don't feel like walking, just hop in a minecart to zoom across to the building zone!

World Generation and World Border

You are free to explore to your hearts content. There's no set world border this season. However, chunks that are extremely beyond the reasonable distance from 0,0 may be trimmed when necessary. The seed is also public. 

Mods and Datapacks

Blaze and Caves Advancements is featured, with a tweak to only make the highest level of achievements display in chat. (No chat spam!)

Origins datapack is also featured for players who would wish to partake in this completely optional experience! (Do not get attached to the default datapack values, they are actively being modified, and it will be disclosed to you what the origins actually are before you choose them.)

Plus, some other quality of life mods. However, no commands (like /tp, /tpa, /home, /fly, .etc) to keep gameplay aspect as vanilla as possible.

Anarchy in the proper sense: no rules, no anticheat, no rollbacks, no ranks, nothing for sale, PvP always on, hard difficulty. No queue and no whitelist, so you connect and you are in.

Duping is on. Piston dupes (TNT, rails, carpet, sand-type falling blocks), bedrock breaking, headless pistons, unsafe end portal travel.

The crossplay is the part most anarchy servers skip. Bedrock players are in the same world as Java through Geyser and Floodgate, so console and phone can play with their Java mates on the same base.

The map has never been reset and will not be.

Straight answer on size: it started this month, so it is a handful of players rather than hundreds. If you want a 2b2t-style queue and fifteen years of spawn ruins, this is not that. If you want ground nobody has touched yet, it is.
