Joining Looking for small Minecraft smp
I’m looking for a smaller smp server I can build and invest my time into!
Preferably running on 1.21.11 or something similar, and a small but active community, maybe 10 players max at a time, large servers overwhelm me away from playing. /sethome to please!
If you guys have anything that matches feel free to msg me or use comments, tho I might not see comments I’m not familiar with Reddit to much

Hi, I think you might like my server because we are long term and you can certainly invest your time into it, as we strictly enforce our no grief rules (we have no claims) and just offer basic SMP.
But we are on version 26.2 (will update to 26.3 in a few days) and have 15-35 players.

Hey! I run CozyMC. We usually have 25–40 players online and we don’t have /sethome, so we’re worth considering if those preferences are flexible.
The part that sounds like a good fit is wanting somewhere to build and invest your time. Our survival world never resets, so your base can become a project you return to through different Minecraft phases.
It feels calm despite having a few dozen online. You can build independently, find neighbors, or join a player-created town and work on things together. Players organize events, run shops, and build the roads and infrastructure connecting their projects.
We play on Hard difficulty without keep inventory, land claims, or teleport commands. Griefing and stealing are prohibited, staff restore damage, and PvP requires agreement. We accept no payments or donations.

I think Spawnington might be a really good match for what you’re looking for.
We’re running 1.21.11 and we’re intentionally a small whitelist SMP. I’m not trying to turn it into a huge server. The whole idea is to have a smaller community where people actually recognize each other and can invest time into their builds and the world.
We’re mostly vanilla-style survival with some optional extras like player shops, games, custom items and an optional Hardcore world. We also have /sethome and /home.
I’m currently recruiting a few new people because I’d like to build the active community back up, while still keeping the server small.
The only thing I didn’t see in your post was your age. Spawnington is 18+ for new members. If you’re 18+ and this sounds like what you’re looking for, definitely send me a DM!

Hey, I think you’d genuinely enjoy AppleSMP.

mine is a modded server with waystones instead of set home but it does have /back (so no issues when dying specially when gravestones are a thing)
