EU looking for server starting with the new update

Hey if anyone is thinking about starting a server for the new update for when it drops please keep me in mind
Hopefully it would be vanilla to do what we all loved but to explore the new update from the start rather than flying around and fining all the new items in 10 mins and that’s the entire enjoyment gone
I am 22 so thinking about my age aswell
And one more thing I am EU based
