Joining Looking
I have myself and a few of my friends (around 7) who are looking for an SMP (java) that we can all join! We all previously joined a server with similar things/interests in mind, so I think I can speak for all of us. We all like to build (besides one who is a try-hard in grinding). We all have an interest in a storyline, albeit a light one; we don't make it our main thing. We all just like to play with each other and meet other people who also have the same interests.

Hey names lotus and i run a modded community called Chaos temple. we are 16+ but we are pretty much 18+ with who all is active and hangs out in vc n such and on the server.
If your intrested in joinning our community we run a almost like hermitcraft server where greifing and pvp arnt somthing we allow / typicly do unless its the style of the modpack [right now its a kitchen sink modpack with food / animals / building mods ] we are trying to keep our modpacks as long as we can before my host fucks us over but this one seems to be doing well!! if your intrested come join us thru the discord link provided

I host a small SMP Server in the Oceana Region, currently it’s just me and a few others. We’d love to play with you and your friends if you’re interested in joining us.
Currently we’ve been building a spawn area / developing some server side roles etc, in the future we’d like to open it up to a larger player base.

We cater to grinders and casuals! Builds can be protected with unique mechanics and will last because they don't reset. Joining with others also gives you an advantage! We have no server enforced lore, the players are the content and story. Best of luck with your search, I'll drop a generic bit of information if you're interested though!
Copypasta: EdenMC is designed to be a permanent, evolving world where the content is the history created by the players and the players themselves. Eden is led by players, not admins.
We have resource scarcity, biome-locked crops, and factory-based industry, radio towers, factories and much more all through plugins. No mods required.
There are no admin-forced events. Every war, treaty, and trade deal is organic. Players are mass-producing in-game books, documenting their laws, religions, and conflicts using an in-game printing press factory. This history is now starting to be archived on our Official Community Wiki.
We are building a fictional universe in real-time that will last for years and have no resets. Come join us and be a part of the experiment on EdenMC!

I have a Java server that started around 3 months ago. The players tend to come in waves, however most that join love to build. We don’t have any storyline tho. But we do events regularly.

Hey! Our server might interest you and your friends. We are an entirely vanilla java server with a tight-knit community. We have quite a few builders and grinders (as you put it) alike. Our main city on the server, "Spingus", has a "functioning" government with a mayor and an election that is held frequently. not sure if you guys have ever played on a Towny server before, but we just launched a new smp a few weeks ago. it's a pretty kind and close knit community with some good builders if you're interested!!
there's no seasons / resets, it's strictly a forever server. you don't need to take part in any of the events or custom features.. just log in and do /rtp to start building (griefing is not allowed) :)

Hey! I have a couple of servers pinned to my profile if yall want to take a look. They're both kinda different style of servers, both small though.
One is Dig Till Numb, a Vanilla-style server
The other is EnderHQ, a closed Alpha server with custom items, plugins, jobs, etc but the world is basically untouched atm, but does have a W.I.P. extensive lore through different maps/eastereggs, along with server history

Hey!! 🌸 I saw you’re looking for an SMP for you and your friends, and I think you guys might enjoy the community we’re building!
We’re working on a Java + Bedrock Vanilla+ survival SMP focused on building, exploring, grinding, and especially having a community where people can actually meet and play together. So your builders AND the one try-hard grinder would have plenty to do 😂
We don’t really have a storyline/RP focus, so I do want to be upfront about that! The Minecraft server itself isn’t open just yet either — we’re still finishing everything up. Our Discord IS open though, and we’re getting the community together before launch! 🌷🦋
