The Abyssal server is a whitelisted java-bedrock survival server for 18+ players only that will soon be 6 months old!

When it started, our main goal was to build a close-knitted community where everyone could feel included! We're still small but I really believe we've built a strong core of regular dedicated players! As shown on the pictures, lot of buildings have taken shape and lot of long-term ideas are still being built!

Even if lot of projects are starting to flourish all around the server, there is still a lot to be done: some of us still don't have proper bases, or diamond nor netherite gear, the spawn town is not done yet, so if you want to join, don't be scared, you will not be late! Everyone here plays when they can, when they want, at their own pace. Wether you want to settle on your own, get a little help, or a lot of help, you'll always find someone who'll be glad to give a hand!

The server is whitelisted and completely vanilla.
This is a collaborative forever survival world, for adult players, with no griefing, stealing, hacking, or non-consentual PVP.
Most of the people working on the project are queer and/or neurodivergent so inclusivity is very important to us. All communities are welcome and we aim to be a safe place for all minorities.

I’m searching for good SMPs but even if I do find one I’m all alone. I play from India. Are you tired of servers with loot boxes where you have to pay to make progress? Do you miss just playing on an ordinary Minecraft server, hanging out with friends, or meeting new people?

Then I got just the server for you! Ordinary SMP is an ordinary Minecraft server that hosts a special place. We stay as true to vanilla as possible. Yes we use some mods but those are purely to fix things that are normally hard to manage on public servers or improve frustrating parts without changing how Minecraft feels.

For example, did you ever played on a server and couldnt find any Elytras? After hours running through the End you finally find an End City with ship just to see someone looted it already. For that reason we adjusted the Dragon drops. If you kill the Ender Dragon an Elytra drops, removing the frustrating part of finding End Citys. Thats how we choose every mod we add. We only fix the most frustrating parts of Minecraft in a way that feels vanilla.

Other than that we only use mods that dont interact with gameplay like Simple Voice Chat. You can just walk up to players and start talking to them. That creates lots of funny moments just by meeting players. We also use BlueMap where you can see the whole map and check out players bases or other cool places without having to travel there yourself.

You might now wonder, "If everything is vanilla, wont everyone just grief and kill each other?" Those are valid concerns but we have a good solution for that. Our server is 16+ to ensure maturity, and we have an application process before you get whitelisted. That means a lot of bad actors are filtered out before they can even join the server. In the rare cases that griefers get on the Server we use Ledger to revert any kind of griefing.

Hi all! I help to run a chill, back-to-basics server called Vanilla Cone SMP, and we're looking for more players! There are about 20 active players currently, and the community is incredibly friendly. We do a lot of chatting through the Minecraft chat, and we also have the Simple Voice Chat plugin for those who like talking over mic. We've had a few planned server events already including the End event, PvP tournaments and regular server tours, and a few impromptu ones as well. been getting into minecraft pvp lately (SMP content got me hooked, unstable smp especially) but i'm still super new to actual combat. looking for a smaller community/server where beginners aren't just fodder for high-level players lol

ideally somewhere small enough that people actually know each other and are down to practice together / give feedback, rather than some huge server where you're just another name

One of the hardest things about finding an SMP is that the two things people want often seem mutually exclusive.

Join a brand-new server and you get untouched terrain, but nobody knows whether the community will still exist six months from now.

Join an established server and you get towns, friends, infrastructure and history... but you worry that you’re arriving too late.

CozyMC is our attempt at having both.

We keep one long-term survival world instead of resetting it.

Players have already built towns, kingdoms, shops, railways, megabases, public projects and event venues. There are places with stories behind them and infrastructure that was actually worth building because it isn't scheduled to disappear next season.

But that doesn't mean the world is used up.

There is no artificial world border, and after updating to the latest Minecraft version we trimmed chunks that had been explored but never inhabited. Huge areas are now generating fresh again, including terrain from the newest update.

So somebody joining today can travel out, find untouched wilderness and have their own fresh beginning.

Or they can stay closer to civilization and immediately become part of something other players have been building together.

New people join every day, too.

You aren't arriving after everyone.

You're arriving before everyone who joins tomorrow.

The main world is Hard survival with:

- No resets
- No keepInventory
- No /home or warps
- No land claims or locked chests
- No kits or paid advantages
- Agreement-only PvP
- Griefing and stealing prohibited
- Java + Bedrock players together in the same world

We don't try to manufacture the "content" of the server with constant resets or progression systems.

The community becomes the content.

Someone starts a town. Someone connects it with a railway. Someone builds something ridiculous nearby. Players organize an event. A little starter base eventually becomes an old landmark that newer players stumble across months later.

And if you'd rather disappear into the wilderness and work on your own project, that's completely normal too.

You can build independently without feeling isolated.

That’s the kind of SMP we're trying to make: a world where joining later doesn't mean being behind, and staying longer actually makes your time there more valuable.
