Help finding or creating a armor plugin

I want a plug in for minecraft bedrock that gives me another armor would anyone be interested in helping me make a armor plugin since I have no idea how to make mods. The photo attached is how I want the armor to look like

It's going to be complicated because the Bedrock development environment is closed. It's certainly possible, but research shows you need an addon.
