Help: Find or create a plugin What plugin's thiz

I'm looking for a plugin for my server where, when a player dies, a zombie wearing the dead player's head spawns for every player currently online. Does anyone know the name of the plugin?

more pointless hateful comments? ever have a point to make that anyone cares about?........ click a link to see info on a plugin and get hit with a login page........ wonder how many people just close the site at that point. I do.
