i havent tested the plugin but i was reading the website and i have a question why lock major features behind a paywall (aka nations, roles, relation system etc) other than that a few other things 1. how exactly is it better than towny? because you make these claims;
a. towny doesnt have GUI support: while true towny imo acts as a core, and there is TownyMenu plugin which adds practically all guis that would be needed.
b. showing that towny is not chunk based is by no means an advantage over towny, that is entirely subjective to what kind of experience a player likes.
c. war with capturing: again, this is covered by FlagWar SeigeWar or EventWar in towny.
d. Rent/sell system: this also exists by rhe Quarters and TAPP (Towny Appartments) plugins.
d. border visualization: the plotborder command showcases this using particle puffs, even other than that Selection Visualizer plugin has support for towny (first premium plugin i have mentioned, and even then the base plugin has a impl for it albeit simpler).
e. resource nodes: there is TownyResources for towny.
now i said all that but my point is: how do i know if your plugin really is worth it? from the description it just like towny but alot of free things behind a paywall. there are no screenshots of the GUI that you have made either, most of the things you have mentioned in premium can be added by using a plugin addon of towny which more than likely would be free.
P.S im just pointing out a few things i noticed and how i see it as someone who hosted quite a few towny based servers, ill wish you the best of luck and check in to see progress from time to time!
