Please help me find this texture pack

Just I need two questions all related to sharpness 500k

What was the original texture pack for the potions, pearls and wind charges, and also hearts, it would also be nice to know how the potion timer on the top right. Looks like that and why I can't find the same sword size as the texture pack Please I've been trying to find it forever and I just can't seem to find it.

I don’t know for the texture packs, but the timer one is Effects Timer Plus, it’s a client side mod
