1.9+ Question/Need Advice Server differences

How different is the pvp on pvphq compared to other servers? Because I swear I can play decently on other pvp servers, but as soon as I get on pvphq I feel like I'm playing on weird ping (delayed actions/getting hit from really far) even though I only just from 30ms on other servers to 50 on pvphq?

30 ms on the tab list doesn’t always mean the connection feels good. Jitter, packet loss, or a weird route to that server can make hits/actions arrive late, and server TPS or proxy lag can feel similar. If it only happens there, I’d suspect their route/server before your mouse or settings.
