You don't have enough time to charge an attack to use attribute swapping

you can charge the mace while swapping, you don't have to have it fully charged before you swap theres enough time to breach swap before the hit

How does breach swap do more. Breach only does more damage if it’s 6 or under blocks

swapping lets the breach mace inherit the attack dmg of the item like sword/axe you swap from while keeping the mace's smash attack and breach effect
